Export Your Heatmap Data

Open your Copilot-Insight Power BI report (.pbit file) and locate the usage heatmap table. This is generated using the Power BI report at https://aka.ms/decodingsuperusage.

  1. Ctrl+Left Click ALL options on the left-hand side of the heatmap
  2. Click on the heatmap visualization in Power BI
  3. Select the More options (three dots) menu in the top right of the heatmap box
  4. Click "Export"
  5. Click "Save" to save the CSV file (default name: data.csv)
  6. Optional: Rename to heatmap.csv when saving for easier identification
Expected columns: Team/Division Name, Active Users, Enabled Users, Total Actions, Monthly Actions, Engagement %, etc.
